Hike with us on June 12th

Take a hike to celebrate Westwood Land Trust’s 25th Anniversary. Join us for a hike on the Sen Ki and Perry properties on Thursday, June 12. Hikes will begin at 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM. It’s the last of our hikes to celebrate Westwood Land Trust’s 25th anniversary. Participants will meet at the Sen Ki parking lot located at 1255 High Street, Westwood. Overflow parking is close by at the Sheehan School.

The 30 acre Sen Ki property includes public hiking trails that provide scenic views from one of the higher elevations in Westwood. The hike will continue through to the adjacent 33-acre Perry property and loop back to Sen Ki. Both properties are permanently protected by conservation restrictions held by WLT.

All ages are welcome. The hike will be 2 to 3 miles and includes some hilly terrain. A shorter option is available. Humans only please…dogs are not permitted at Sen Ki. Insect/tick repellent is recommended. Any change due to weather will be posted on WLT’s Facebook page.

Westwood Land Trust is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving land and habitat in Westwood. Since its incorporation in July 1999, WLT has permanently preserved over 220 acres in Westwood. WLT is grateful for the many generous supporters who have donated funds or conservation restrictions to help to help make these preservation efforts possible.
